Thermally (heat) dried North American elderberries, Sambucus canadensis, direct from our orchard in northeast Iowa. 

Our berries are dried fresh from the orchard, so they contain all of their valuable juice. Some dried berries on the market are made from thawed frozen berries that have had the juice drained off for other purposes. This practice reduces the amount of juice in the dried fruit.

One cup (3 ounces by weight) of our dried elderberries is equivalent to 2 cups (12 ounces by weight) of fresh berries. 

Add elderberries to baked goods and ice cream, or make elderberry syrup, gummy candies, wine, beer, jelly, or liqueur.

Packaged in a resealable zipper-top plastic bag. Net weight 1 pound (16 ounces by weight) per bag.

Sold per bag. If you order a quantity of 1, you will receive 1 pound of berries. If you order 2, you will receive 2 pounds, etc.
